How far in advance should we book?
Although we are a company which caterers for many events, weekends and peak dates can fill up well in advance. It is not unusual for key dates to be booked out a year in advance. As soon as you know your date it is highly recommended you place a hold on it immediately to avoid disappointment.
Do we have to pay for everyone at our event even if some will not be drinking?
For bar packages, The Shake Affinity prices its packages on a typical event which takes into consideration not every single person will be drinking. On the same token we do not charge you extra for the percentage of big drinkers.

What if we don’t really know how many people will be at event?
It is okay to give an approximate amount of guests when booking, then provide the final count closer to the date. We do need an accurate estimate five days prior to the event to ensure we can properly stock and staff the function.
What do we need to provide for The Shake Affinity?
Our packages are designed to to be completely hassle free for the client. We will bring all bar equipment, mixers, alcohol and ice. When using our bars, we may need to use a sink area, or have easy access to a tap as well as an electrical socket for our juice bar packages. Other then that, all we require is a space from you enough to fit the bar and the stock & equipments.
